I want to visit my website FTP！ When FTP access capabilities with？

Dear all :

We really wanted to enable FTP and in fact in one or two occasions we said that FTP was going to be available soon. However during the FTP implementation analysis stage we found out that, because the way our File Manager works, we cannot enable direct FTP access without creating security risks/issues for the systems and the user's information

We apologize for this. We plan to solve this of course, but it won't be in the short term.

Hi there, yes

This month we´ll be making the final changes to our infrastructure. During the past months we´ve been working really hard and overcoming some critical issues we faced during the process, some of them required the team to work 7x24 during 3 continuous days.

After we finish these last changes the platform will be ready and we´ll get to work on this. We expect to have the ftp before the end of September.
