Hi again,

Our technical team told us that you should put the name of the image without specifying the location since the images are located in the same path that the html file so it´s not necessary to put the pat where the images are but just the name.

Please if this is not what you were looking for or we misinterpreted your question just let us know and we´ll help you ASAP.

Best regards

Hi there

We´ve been able to replicate the issue in our development environment and our team is currently working hard to get this issue solved. We hope we´ll have this bug solved in less than 10 working days. In the mean time you can use this workaround :

  • Once you hit the edit button change the editor from "Tiny MCE" to "Normal Text Area"
  • Now you´ll see the code. On the "img src" tag put the name of the file and remove the absolute folder part
  • Save the file

For the moment and until the bug is solved you cannot save any file using Tiny MCE since the failure will get replicated :-(

Best regards and thank you for bringing this to our attention :-)

Hi there, we haven´t forgot about this,

We experienced some major issues during this last week, which prevented us from looking into this issue. We just wanted to let you know that we have this issue in our TO-DOs list and we´ll get to work on this once we finish some other tasks we are performing.

Best regards

Hi

We finally got a response from our dev team, the bug is in the CORE of our systems, this means that it cannot be fixed without changing some critical parameters. This means that, for now, you will have to continue using the provided workaround until, in the next major release it will be fixed. It usually takes us around six to eight months to perform major release changes in our systems.

Best regards, thank you for your patience and sorry this couldn´t be fixed now.
